As part of the recruitment process, it is likely you will be asked to submit names of referees who are able to provide an insight into your previous work and your capabilities. In this episode, Mair provides examples of who you can ask to be your referee and explains what you will need to let your referee know in order for them to provide a strong, tailored reference for you.
