As part of International Women’s Day, Rachel Coombes, Employability and Careers Consultant, is joined by Joanne Mavridis, Marketing Director and Hollie Dabson, Digital Marketing Specialist, both from ForgeRock, to discuss the organisation Women In Identity and how it has helped them with their careers. They share views on the issue women still face in the workplace and why it’s important to challenge them. Joanne and Hollie also share their advice on how to succeed in the workplace and how to identify positive working environments when looking for a job.
